I want to change my email, can you help me do that?

Substack accounts can only be modified by the user or Substack. Don’t worry, there’s an easy step by step guide on how to change it.

If you run into any trouble, we're happy to loop in Substack. Just email us by clicking the button on the top right corner of this page, and provide the email where the current subscription resides, and the one where you'd like it to be moved. It is ideal if you email us from the address tied to the current subscription, but it is not required. 

Substack will ask verification questions (like the last 4 digits of the card charged, date of charge, and amount) to confirm your identity before moving your account. It usually takes no longer than 24 hours to make this change.
